2015 February | Hayle Harbour :: New Scheme to Replace Original Consented Scheme

New Scheme to Replace Original Consented Scheme

If successful, the new plans for South Quay will replace the original consented scheme for South Quay which was passed in 2008.

The original scheme which was approved by Penwith, allows for up to 260 Houses and flats covering nearly all the Quay.

Tim Armstead from ING confirmed that if the the news scheme which has been designed by award winning architects is approved the original housing scheme will be shelved.

"The new plans have the smallest development footprint on South Quay we can undertake and still make the scheme financially viable. The original housing scheme is far more dense and is a totally different proposition."
