Down pipe on old Tri Mar building in Pendarves Street is in dangerous condition. I have warned the residents about for over a month but nothing been done. The top fitting is cast iron and if it collapses into the road could go through a car windscreen causing an accident

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual who will work closely with colleagues, elected Members, and partners to provide excellent customer service and administrative support across the organisation.
This is a part-time, office based, position of 21 hours per week, Mon - Fri to include core hours of 9.30am – 12.30pm, offering a range of benefits, including:
• 25 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
• Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
• Cycle to Work Scheme
• Free seasonal swims at Hayle Outdoor Pool
• Free parking at our offices
